These Terms govern use of boostagency.pro operated by BoostAgency Pte Ltd (UEN 201673849J), registered at 6 Battery Road, #27-01, Singapore 049909.

1. Use of the website

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, or misuse content. Information on AI services is for general guidance and may change without notice.

2. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the contact form does not create a binding contract. Proposals are subject to separate written agreement. We may decline engagements at our discretion.

3. Services and accuracy

AI and analytics outcomes depend on data quality, infrastructure, and client cooperation. We do not guarantee specific business results unless expressly stated in a signed contract.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices on the site are indicative in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Invoices are due per contract terms, typically within 30 days. Late payment may incur interest as permitted under Singapore law.

5. Cancellation

Consultation bookings may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Paid project cancellations follow the schedule in your statement of work; work completed to date is billable.

6. Refunds

Deposits for custom AI development are non-refundable once discovery has commenced, except where required by law or agreed in writing. Subscription or licence refunds are pro-rated only if stated in contract.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, our liability for IT and AI services is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials remain our property or our licensors. Client data and bespoke deliverables are governed by the project contract.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore at our registered address, after good-faith negotiation.
